Connect Stripe directly, manage payments, and create invoices.

Overview

Not every business runs a WooCommerce or Shopify store. Omniops connects directly to Stripe, giving product-led and ecommerce businesses full visibility over payments, invoicing, and billing. If you do have a store connected, Stripe adds another layer of payment insight on top.

Stripe Integration

Connecting Stripe is straightforward. You provide a restricted API key (Omni guides you through creating one with the right permissions), and within minutes you have:

  • Real-time payment events — new payments, refunds, disputes, and failures arrive via webhook as they happen
  • Historical order backfill — up to 500 recent orders are pulled in automatically so you're not starting from a blank slate
  • Stripe Connect — your own Stripe account, with payments going directly to you

No middleware, no third-party processors in between. Your money flows through your Stripe account as normal.

Payment Visibility

Ask Omni about your payments at any time:

  • "Show me today's payments"
  • "What's my cash flow this month?"
  • "Any failed payments this week?"
  • "How much did we process last month compared to the month before?"

You get a clear picture of money coming in, going out (refunds, disputes), and the overall trend — all through conversation.

Invoicing

Create and send invoices without leaving Omni:

  • "Create an invoice for £500 for Sarah"
  • "Send an invoice for the consulting work — 3 hours at £150"
  • "Show me unpaid invoices"
  • "What invoices are overdue?"

Invoices are created through Stripe, which means your customer receives a professional payment link and you get all the standard Stripe protections and reporting.

Real Scenarios

You finish a three-hour consulting session. While packing up, you tell Omni from your phone: "Invoice Sarah for 3 hours at £150 per hour." By the time you're in the car, she has a payment link in her inbox.

End of the month. "What's my cash flow this week?" You see incoming payments, pending invoices, refunds, and disputes — all in one answer.
